From this point onwards; Client Name will be referred to as 'you' 'your' or 'the client' and Ibiza Creative Club will be referred to as 'us', 'we' or 'the club'. This document is to clarify, in writing, what is expected of each party and to ensure full transparency regarding the services in which we provide to you.

1) Quotations

Ibiza Creative Club quotations are valid for 30 days.

2) Package Pricing

Pricing is based on a 6-month initial contract. 12-month contracts are available and will be outlined in your proposal.

3) Pricing & Taxation Policy

For Clients within Spain:

All listed prices for our social media agency services are subject to the standard Spanish Value Added Tax (IVA) of 21%. This tax will be applied to the total cost of services provided and will be clearly itemised on your invoice. As a business operating within Spain, we are required to adhere to this tax imposition by law.

For International Clients:

In order to maintain a fair pricing structure and cover the costs associated with the Value Added Tax (IVA) obligations in Spain, the prices for our services to clients outside of Spain will include a surcharge equivalent to the 21% IVA rate applied domestically. This approach ensures that we can offer our services internationally without the financial impact of tax disparities. For international clients, this adjusted pricing ensures transparency and equity, effectively internalising the tax costs that we are obligated to cover for domestic operations.

Please note, this surcharge is not a tax collected on behalf of any government, but a pricing adjustment to account for the tax obligations we face as a Spanish-based business. Therefore, the increased service price for international clients reflects this cost consideration, ensuring that we can maintain the highest quality of service across all regions.

This policy allows us to standardise our pricing model internationally while adhering to our fiscal responsibilities within Spain. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

4) Payments

All invoices will be shown in Euro's - payments can be made via card payment or bank transfer.

Invoices to companies outside of Europe will include the current conversion rate.

5) Updates

The club reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any given time, for any reason.
